Add and manage your targets
Import the people you’ll test, organize them by department, and keep your list clean.
Your targets are the people who receive simulations. Add them by uploading a CSV or entering them one at a time from the Targets page.
Importing by CSV
Upload a spreadsheet with a column for each person’s name, work email, and optionally their department. HukProof lets you match your columns to the right fields before importing, so your header names don’t have to be exact.

Departments
Tagging people by department lets you send a campaign to just one team and compare results across the org on the Departments page, useful for spotting which group needs the most attention.
Who you can send to
By default, HukProof only sends simulations to addresses on your own verified domain, and blocks personal-inbox providers like Gmail or Outlook.com. This keeps a test from ever reaching someone outside your organization by mistake.
Suppression
If someone should never be emailed (they’ve left, or asked to be excluded), add them to the Suppression list. Suppressed addresses are skipped by every campaign automatically.
