Core features

Run a simulation campaign

Choose a template and an audience, schedule the send, and watch the results come in.

A campaign is a single simulation: one template sent to a group of targets, with every open, click, and form submission tracked so you can see who’s exposed.

Creating a campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns and start a new campaign.
  2. Pick a template, a ready-made scenario or one you built. See Templates & the builder.
  3. Choose your audience, everyone, or a single department.
  4. Set the sending domain the email comes from.
  5. Schedule it to send now or at a set time, and launch.

What gets tracked

  • Opens, when the email is viewed.
  • Clicks, when someone follows the link in the message.
  • Submissions, when someone enters data on the landing page.

Anyone who clicks can be dropped straight into a short training lesson, see Assign security training.

Reading the results

Open a campaign to see live results as they arrive, or head to the Dashboard for the org-wide picture and the Departments page to compare teams. For the formal write-up, see Results & the compliance report.

New accounts go through a one-time review before the first real send can go out, so a misconfigured campaign can’t reach the wrong list. You can keep building and saving drafts in the meantime, and we email you the moment your account is cleared.
