Fair-use Sending Policy

Effective October 12, 2026 · Version 2026-10-12.1

Every simulation leaves from a shared, reputation-managed sending service. To protect inbox delivery for everyone on it, each organization has a monthly send allowance — a fair-use ceiling, not a billing meter, that applies on every plan, including Free.

1. Your monthly allowance

The allowance is a multiple of your active headcount. The multiplier widens for larger organizations, since they legitimately run bigger, split campaigns:

  • Every organization: at least 250 sends per month, whatever your headcount.
  • Up to 200 employees: 2.5× headcount. Example: 200 people → 500 sends per month.
  • 201 to 600 employees: 3.0× headcount. Example: 600 people → 1,800 sends per month.
  • 601 to 1,000 employees: 3.5× headcount. Example: 1,000 people → 3,500 sends per month.

The 250 floor means a small team is never starved: below roughly 100 people the headcount multiple would fall under it, so you get the floor instead. A 200-person org, for instance, comfortably runs two full campaigns a month with room to spare, or one campaign split across teams. The allowance resets at the start of each month.

2. What counts, and what doesn’t

  • Counts: real simulation emails sent to your people.
  • Doesn’t count: test emails you send to yourself while building a campaign.
  • Doesn’t count: security-training emails.

3. Near or over the limit

  • Around 80% of your allowance, a heads-up appears on the Campaigns page and in the launch step.
  • At 100%, new launches pause. Anything already scheduled or sending is unaffected, and launches resume automatically when the allowance resets.

You must not attempt to evade this limit — for example, by splitting one campaign across multiple accounts. Doing so is a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
